Hana Sushi

Last September 2011, my family visited Poland for the first time. We went to Krawkow and Warsawa (Warsaw). Krakow was typically an old town, no modern malls. So when we landed at Warsaw, there was a huge mall with lots of restaurants and clothes, makeup stores.

So one evening, we decided to try out this Japanese restaurant, Hana Sushi.

Japanese food is like heaven to me (or so you may have notice each time I make a review on Japanese food). Being on a foreign land, this was the reward for the rest of the trip. :) If you will be seeing in the food presentation, sushi is presented in art... the precise aesthetics, color and composition of food. It's not just the taste, but also the aroma and flavor it brings out.

Japanese fuzion has reached Poland, and not only, we, Asians, enjoy it but also the Polish!

The place is designed with a zen atmosphere, and the outside area is just divine. I really loved it. It's like zen meets the future.. hahaha!

My dad ordered soup. Because during that time, the weather outside is very cold. It's like Baguio at night. A warm soup just to help us warm up. :)

I forgot the names of our dishes. They were all good! We especially liked the water. You see, when you go to Europe and order a bottle of water, you have to tell them "no gas". Europeans are used to drinking sparkling water, or water with gas (like Perrings). They don't drink tap water or regular water like what we have here in the Philippines. But they are used to drinking water with carbon dioxide gas, water with a fizz. If you search in Google, it will give you all the benefits of drinking carbonated water. :)
