The famous Korean-famed restaurant is now in Manila. It opened last September 10, 2011. A good friend of ours, who is living in Patterson, New York, advised us to experience and dine in in this joint. So, this internationally-famed restaurant is really internationally famous!
We were first served with their simple appetizers,
quail eggs, potatoes and corn |
Spicy spinach, Kimchi, Pickled Radish (?) |
I ordered a Yuja Cha (Citron Tea) ~ Php95.00
My dad ordered some noodles, Sogogi Beoseot Bokkeum ~ Php395.00
It is stir fried beef with assorted vegetables (green pepper, red pepper, onion, bok choy and button mushrooms)
... derived from the word 'bulgogi', beef is the main course of dish in the house. Beef bbq, marinated in salt.
Every table consists of a grilling area, you can basically cook it on your own, or if you are a first-timer (like us), have someone who can assist in the cooking.
For our main beef entree, we ordered Bulgogi Brothers Special ~ Php1495.00
Being first-timers, we had to ask someone to help us with the cooking..
One of the korean chef on duty was the one who helped us in cooking and putting everything all together. He was really good. My dad even thought he was filipino-chinese that he spoke to him in Tagalog!
I really liked the beef. It was so sweet, juicy and tender. He cooked it just fine. It wasn't overcooked, but just right. :)
I definitely would like to come back. Maybe I will! :)
Budget per Head: Php500-700.00 (inc. beverage)

Quote for the Day
"A photograph does not speak, it does not smell, it makes no sound, it does not move, it is just a two dimensional piece of paper, but a good photograph can do at least one if not all of the above!"
